Fragnance is deep and lasting, made of fruity, spicy and earthy tones: dominated by blueberry, through scent of dried spices, in which you are provoced by unique scent of dried red peppers and up to distinct tones of a scent of autumn wood: humid leaves and fresh oyster mushrooms.
Wine is very extractive, full and rounded. Tannins are soft and warm. The tones of cornelian cherries, (sloe) blackberry, plum on a palace are melting into soft fruity ending. Rodoslov is the wine that vouch about vintage and origin of fragrances and flavors of cabernet, merlot and prokupac.
Excellent with duck, turkey, grilled and roasted red meat, lamb. Ideal with: roasted turkey (or duck), grilled meat, all kinds of liver, roasted beef, all kinds of steaks (expecially Wellington beef) and tartar steak; all specialties of young goat (kid) and lamb, red meats in dressing of red wine.
